At Indulge Your Taste Buds, your satisfaction matters. As a boutique bakery, we specialize in low-sugar egg free and dairy-free treats, freshly made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once your order is fulfilled.
Non-Returnable Items:
Because we bake everything fresh and custom for you, we do not accept returns on:
- Perishable food items like cookies, cupcakes, and cakes
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital recipe downloads
- Gift cards
Our commitment is to ensure every treat meets your expectations. This dedication starts from our kitchen at 6 Cedar Valley Road, Kingston 6, near the U.S. Embassy.
Order Concerns or Issues:
If you believe your order was delivered incorrectly or in poor condition, contact us immediately. Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item.

We may offer a replacement or store credit based on our evaluation.
Exchanges for Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged upon arrival or incorrect due to our error, we’re happy to offer an exchange. Contact us immediately at [email protected] and bring the product to our bakery at:

This applies only to orders from our Kingston bakery.
Gifts
If your order was a gift, and it arrived damaged or with issues, reach out within 24 hours. Depending on the case, we’ll coordinate with the buyer or recipient to find the best resolution.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. This is because most of our items begin preparation shortly after the order is received.
Shipping and Pickups
As a local bakery in Kingston, most of our orders are for pickup or local delivery. If shipping is involved, please ensure you use a traceable method. We are not responsible for delays or damage during transit once your order leaves our kitchen.
